BUNDI AND POMEGRANATE RAITA


A simple but tasty raita.

Cooking Time : No Cooking.

Preparation Time : 5 min.

Serves 6.
Ingredients
1 teacup bundi
1 teacup pomegranate seeds (anardana)
2 teacups fresh curds
2 pinches roasted cumin seeds powder
2 pinches red chilli powder
salt to taste

Method
1. Add salt to the curds and beat.
2. Add the bundi and pomegranate seeds.
3. Store in the refrigerator.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle the cumin seeds powder and chilli powder.
5. Serve cold.
